Yet is pertinent, important to shed the spotlight to Hannah and celebrate her success. The story has resemblance to "Hidden Figures" movie.

Hannah has been a strong contributor to Red Bull Racing for over 12 years. In F1 each car has hundreds of sensors sampling at millisecond intervals producing Terabytes of data per race. It is not a trivial enterprise to sort all of that data and synthetize it in a way that has a concrete strategic action which needs precise execution promptly. And that is where Hannah has her special powers that earn her a seat at the table calling the strategy shoots that is taking Red Bull to win races.

I watched every Grand Prix since 1986 and had had the opportunity to be at the pit with Ferrari a couple of times, where I learned that It is all about the Team. What happen this past weekend at Hungary under Hannah's direction was a masterpiece of strategy like no other I have seen in F1 in the last five decades.

Hoping for Hannah Schmitz to continue succeeding at F1 and to be an inspiration for many women around the world.
