The Hankerson Team Luxury Report

This past week was notable for luxury home sales in Arizona, with 23 additional homes closing for $3 million or more. This brings the year-to-date total to 148. The inventory of homes priced at $3 million or above continued to rise, now standing at 724, representing a 68% increase since December. While no homes over $10 million closed this week, there were notable changes in the market for homes priced at $14 million or greater. One more home went under contract, bringing that total to 5, and two homes withdrew their listings for sale, decreasing the total from 54 to 52.
