Our advanced IG line safely processes specialized Insulated Glass Units (IGU) such as:

• IGU sizes ranging from 2500*3000mm to 3300*12000mm (Heights: 2.5m, 2.8m, 3.0m, 3.3m)
• Large panels with 1-4 side steps
• Efficient Argon gas filling (>90% volume) for all configurations

High-Speed Sealing Robot

Our continuous sealant supply system increases efficiency across the production line:

• Simultaneous extrusion and refilling enable true continuous production
• A robust support system prevents slippage of middle glass layers in Triple/Quadruple IGUs
• Innovative support design for smaller glass in 4-side step IGUs
• One universal nozzle accommodates double and triple glazing with various spacer widths

Super Spacer Applicator

This solution eliminates the need for equipment such as aluminum spacer bending machines, desiccant filling machines, butyl extruders, and spacer moving machines.

• Supports 28 different shapes
• Ink printing function for logos, sizes, production dates, and more on super spacers

Glass Quality Scanner

Our scanner detects:

• Edge chips
• Coating removal defects
• Dimensional defects
