Since its introduction in 2023, the LabStar 330S Hybrid has achieved 120 installations globally. This cutting-edge machine features an Auto Unwinder, a Flexo/Inkjet Automatic Registration System, a W+CMYKOG 7-color, 600dpi core printing system, an Online Inspection System, and an Auto Turret Rewinder. The integration of these advanced technologies significantly improves production efficiency and quality control, addressing the industry's need for superior production capabilities.
A standout feature is the innovative fully automatic registration system, which enables seamless one-click pre-registration for both digital and flexo printing while achieving visual automatic alignment. The flexo printing section allows for precise adjustments in plate length to maintain consistency with digital output, ensuring accurate registration. Additionally, the digital-flexo joint includes an automatic clutch, providing additional protection for print heads and plates, and the Auto Turret Rewinder accommodates slitting processes, enhancing production versatility and efficiency.

To meet this need, HanGlobal / HanLabel is excited to introduce the LabStar 330HD, an advanced 1200DPI digital label printer, which will be officially launched at the 2025 SinoLabel exhibition in March, promising to bring new innovations to the industry.
The LabStar 330HD incorporates state-of-the-art 1200DPI print head technology, significantly enhancing inkjet force and speed, achieving up to 120m/min and potentially doubling production capacity. It also features a compensation function that automatically adjusts for minor discrepancies during printing, ensuring consistent and stable quality. Furthermore, the device enhances color accuracy and detail, upgrading from W+CMYKOV/G 7 colors to W+CMYKOGV 8 colors, with a color gamut coverage exceeding 93%. With a minimum droplet size of 2pl, it provides finer dot gains and superior rendering of intricate designs and textures, ensuring vibrant and realistic color representation in every printed product.
