9 个月We do the same with all sorts of services whether commercial or domestic don’t we? Better the devil you know? I’ve never been a big one for switching until my car insurance with DirectLine decided to almost double. They told me I could shop around and come back to them at which point they could do a better price!!!! ??♀? Would it surprise you to hear I did shop around? And then I switched ???? I’m still trying to get my head around which bit of that is good business ?? #customerservice #fail
