Hands on Mentor - Open AI

Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on mentor who isn't afraid to dive in and get their hands dirty, providing practical guidance and support to our team. As a Hands-On Mentor, you will play a critical role in fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement within our organization. You will lead by example, demonstrating your expertise through hands-on keyboard sessions and providing actionable guidance to help our team members succeed.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide Hands-On Guidance: Roll up your sleeves and dive into projects alongside team members, offering hands-on guidance and support where needed.
2. Lead by Example: Demonstrate best practices, coding standards, and techniques through hands-on keyboard sessions and code reviews.
3. Coach and Mentor: Work closely with team members to identify areas for improvement and provide personalized coaching and mentorship to help them grow and develop their skills.
4. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Assist team members in troubleshooting technical issues, debugging code, and solving complex problems effectively.
5. Collaborate and Communicate: Foster a collaborative and communicative environment where team members feel comfortable seeking guidance and sharing knowledge and insights.
6. Stay Current with Technology: Stay abreast of the latest technologies, tools, and methodologies in the industry and share your knowledge and expertise with the team.
7. Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall quality of our work through hands-on experimentation and innovation.
8. Build Strong Relationships: Establish strong working relationships with team members, earning their trust and respect through your hands-on approach and genuine commitment to their success.

Qualifications:
