Handling large size scrum teams for maximum efficiency

I have been asked multiple times to share my experience on running large scale projects using agile methodologies like Scrum. I am lucky to have worked with best of the agile coaches and scrum masters in the industry. With having experience of running large scale transformation projects using agile, i have added my learning in the below few pages Hoping to help fellow colleagues.

One other reason of writing this is that most of the people know about agile but very few has end to end visibility of this ever evolving and strong implementation process . Hoping to spread some light here.

I have tried to consolidate best practices which has worked for me and my team . You can directly use them or take few sections from it accordingly to your project needs. Remember it is not always 2+2 = 4 in an agile set -up , you will have to improvise on your processes sprint by sprint OR project by project.

I plan to further add my learning on below areas :
