Handling of Causes of Digital Jump of axle scale
The input voltage range of the automobile axle load meter is (187~242)V, and some units are used without a regulated power supply, which causes the normal working voltage range of the meter and digital jump phenomenon, so a regulated power supply is configured. The humidity in the box is too high. Open the junction box to observe whether there is water droplets or moisture, and the fault can be eliminated by airing or drying with a hair dryer. Replace the junction box if necessary. The distance between some scales and meters is too large, and there are exposed parts of the main line, which may be damaged by humans or bitten by rats, and the metal shield will lose its function or the connection will be weak, causing digital jumps. Measure the main line with a multimeter resistance file to ensure that each strand is an independent channel and the connection is firm, otherwise, replace the main line. The circuit board in the junction box is composed of a junction terminal box and several groups of multi-turn resistors. Long-term use of the wiring terminal can cause oxidation and corrosion, and the oxidation and corrosion part of the joint will fall off, resulting in loosening of the pressure line, and thus the digital jump of the meter. At this time, the contact surface can be rubbed off with sandpaper or a file, reconnected firmly, and the fault is eliminated. Long-term use of multi-turn resistors can also cause the internal metal surface to be oxidized, making the number unstable and jumping. At this time, replace the multi-turn resistor with the same resistance to eliminate the fault. Long-term use of the meter and the main line plug or socket may also cause oxidation and make the connection resistance unstable.
The method is to soak the plug or socket with 10% dilute hydrochloric acid, and then use a hair dryer to dry or dry it, or replace it (note: the soldering iron should be as hot as possible when replacing it. Use it twice to prevent the solder from being oxidized) and drifting. When the sensor is damaged or drifts, it can also cause the digital jump to be unstable. Under normal circumstances, one sensor drifts or is damaged. To determine which is the fault, you can directly connect to the main line. That is, remove all the sensor wires one by one until one is left, and then connect the sensors one by one, and observe whether the display of the meter is normal, and then the damaged sensor can be judged. Replace it to solve the problem. In the course of long-term use, the impact or load of some vehicles may cause excessive force on the sensor, causing the foundation to loosen, causing the levelness between the sensors to be damaged, and causing the digital jump of the meter. In this case, it is necessary to re-reinforce the foundation and find a good level.
The connection method of the load cell of the automobile axle load meter is connected in parallel, and the connection line of the sensor is correct (the sensor is connected according to the color code of the wiring diagram in the manual. The display instrument and the mechanical part are also free. The above phenomenon is carefully analyzed. Later, it can be judged that the problem is on the sensor.
The automobile axle scale will display the instrument after calibration with the simulator, and then connect to the sensor, and then use a weight to press the four corners of the scale respectively, the result of the three corners display value is positive, and the other corner display value is negative . Therefore, it can be concluded that the internal wiring of the sensor of the angle is wrong. After the bridge voltage of the sensor or the positive and negative leads of the signal line are exchanged, the angle is also displayed as a positive value.
