Handing in my keys
Tomorrow is my last day with ASB after 21 ? years. I have seen many people come and go over my time including 4 CEO’s and now it’s my time. ASB have provided me the a structure, training, personnel and flexibility to succeed in my roles. I have thoroughly enjoyed both my internal and external relationships of whom many have become very close friends. ASB have been excellent employers and I recommend the organisation to anybody who is considering them. However, for me, at my stage of my career, I have been provided an opportunity I simply can’t refuse. I have accepted a GM role with Balle Bros Group who are primarily a vertically integrated vegetable business with sales domestically and internationally. Apart from the opportunity to develop and grow my commercial business skills, the principals of this business, in which there are many, have the highest level of integrity and work ethic in business that I know. To work for this organisation is going to be a privilege and I am excited about starting on the 7th August.
Thank you to those of you who have supported me in my current role and I look forward to working with many of you in the future. I am retaining my existing mobile number.
