Handbook "Supreme Administrative Court Procedure" 4th edition available

Dr. Benjamin Twardosz has just published the 4th edition of his renowned “Handbook Supreme Administrative Court Procedure”. The handbook has been published since 2010 and has since then become a standard reference for the procedure before the Supreme Administrative Court.

With more than 450 pages (thereof 100 pages of different laws and 350 pages commentary) the work deals with many details, compares different Austrian procedural laws and illustrates the theory with sample pleadings and examples. The new edition considers the latest developments and experience with the reform of the administrative procedural law of the year 2014.
