A Hand-Written Thank You Note Rocks!

I received this thank you note from a client today. I've been training and consulting TV stations, their owners, and cable networks for almost a decade. I've gotten genuine handshakes and a hearty pat-on-the-back on the way out. Plenty of sincere emails and texts. But never this. Just a little extra effort. A bit more time. That's all.
