One of the challenges in a training session is the skill level of participants. We always get a mixed bag, where some are beginners and some are exceptionally good. Engaging everyone at the same time and providing them exactly what they want is an act of balancing. I am glad that I recently did this balancing in an effective way during an Advanced Excel session in which all the 25 participants rated the session as "Excellent".
