Starting Week 4 in Canada, will be doing Week 5 in Atlanta, then back to Canada for Week 6 until the end. The week in Atlanta will be the challenging week. Doing a workout while away. This is where Beachbody On Demand will come in handy. I am looking forward to it.
As a Techie and a remote worker, I struggled with finding the time to workout and the motivation to make it to the gym. When I looked deeper I saw the time was there and I could do video workouts in short intervals to get results. I have created a Facebook Page to share with others and to help them find time to workout and become more healthy and fit. June 6, 2016 - Chisel Balance
My balance is getting better but that switch to a pistol squat at the end kills my legs every time especially my left leg.
June 7, 2016 - Max Hammer Strength
This strength workout felt easier this time around. I think next time I need a heavier weight for this one.
June 8, 2016 - Chisel Cardio
This may say Cardio but it is not the typical Cardio. It did feel good after. I took the Beachbody Recharge for the first time before bed and my legs felt better in the morning.
June 10, 2016 - ISO Speed Hammer
Today was the first routine I have done since taking the Beachbody Recharge before bed. After the workout, my legs feel a little rubbery but not sore like in previous workouts. I am going to try another drink of it before bed tonight too.
June 11, 2016 - Chisel Agility
I love Chisel Agility. One more workout in Canada then next week will they will be in Atlanta. Looking forward to seeing the Perficient team in person.
June 12, 2016 - Power Hammer and 10 Minute Abs
The workout is done. This is the end of week 4. I start week 5 from Atlanta with my new workout partner Corey Smith (@sitecorey). Looking forward to it.
