AI hallucination occurs when a generative model produces responses that are not grounded in real-world data. 4 周All AI models have an internal option to control this through the Temperature parameter. The challenge is that most models we use daily don’t provide end users the flexibility to adjust this setting based on their needs. Lowering the temperature closer to zero makes the model more deterministic and consistent. On the other hand, increasing the temperature enhances creativity by selecting words with more variability based on their probability weights. This can lead to innovative and engaging outputs—or sometimes, unexpected or irrelevant ones—depending on where the model applies its creativity within the text.

4 周You name it well Adarsh Srivastava: human oversight is paramount. Not replacement but augmentation. At this moment, most people still think of GenAI as similar to a calculator or a spreadsheet. But it is different and therefore different processes are required. My guess: very interactive processes. What is your prediction?
