Day 1 kicked off with Leesman reinforcing the power gathering quality data ahead of any decision making. A wealth of information can be collated in order to reference & measure success in turn, creating a truly people centric space.
The session was brilliantly curated by Debra Ward, MBA, IWFM, FRICS ?who has long championed the power of people and service within our workplaces. She affirmed that we need to learn "to be outstanding" with regards service & we need to "Consumerise our colleagues experience, Delight, Please Meet" - BRAVO!
Closing the day,Simone Fenton-Jarvis BSc MBA FIWFM, shot from the hip in her usual style & delivered a truly human centric approach to Wellbeing and People within the workplace. "Gone, are the days when free food, ping pong, beer taps etc will “Earn the commute", it all starts with Leadership & Culture, simples! ?Simone is extremely relatable and tells it how it is, WOW (Btw, not sure if I know but she’s only gone a written a book The Human-Centric Workplace, a MUST read ;-)
Day 2, and by far the most enjoyable presentation for me, was compared by ?Bex Moorhouse who runs her own wellbeing practise Invigorate Spaces and is a long time ambassador for all that is Wellbeing in the workplace having worked for 耐克 amongst others.
We heard from Convex Insurance, Lloyds Banking Group & WeTransfer how to make the Employee Experience truly exceptional - this was an extremely relatable and inspiring discussion with the panel sharing insights from recent Workplace refurbishment & transformations and “storytelling lived experiences on how they navigated the change, challenges and learnings" BOOM.- thanks Ladies - Maud Santamaria Saskia Lorrison Wanda Olivier, CIWFM, MCR, SLCR & Sarah Tait
