Halfway through the year!

Hello LinkedIn friends!
Tomorrow is a big day…
?
Why is that you ask?
?
Because tomorrow marks us as being EXACTLY halfway through the year!
?
Much like New Year, this is a really great landmark opportunity to reflect and review on how the year has gone so far, and what's great is we are far enough into it to have a pretty clear view on how it's going, but not too far that we can't still make relevant changes to get back on track if we aren't where we hoped to be.
?
A really good starting point is to simply think back to the beginning of the year and remind yourself of the goals you set, and also to give some thought as to why they were important to you, because the reality is, things change and some of your goals may not be relevant anymore.
?
Bearing in mind what you set your sights on as you entered 2024, consider how much progress have you made towards those goals.
?
This is where it's a really great tool to put yourself into your past selfs shoes and consider how they would feel seeing where you are currently sitting.
?
Would they be proud of all the hard work you've put in and excited about everything that's happening?
?
Or would they be confused and disappointed that you've not been able to stick to the plan and stay on task?
?
What is your January 1st version of you saying?
?
With this new awareness you've got about your progress, it creates a brilliant opportunity to remap the next six months, relative to how you've got on so far.
?
Maybe you're smashing it and it's time to raise the stakes and aim even higher!
?
Maybe the first 6 months has gone terribly and you need to reassess what's achievable.
?
Or maybe your 2024 has been a complete shake up where everything has changed, and this means it's time to set some new and different goals.
?
This week could be the week that defines how the rest of your year pans out, and all it depends on is if you're willing to take the time to face up to the reality of how things are going, and to then make the necessary changes.
?
I don't want you thinking this is just an easy topic to write about for this weeks email and is something you may think about doing, I want you to recognise how valuable this can be and to actually give this task some real time and attention.
?
My recommendation is that you schedule out some time this week to really reflect on this and get your next 6 months in check.
?
Have fun!

The UK's Most Hated Sales Trainer
?
'Benjamin Dennehy is an engaging sales speaker and sales trainer who will explain that the barriers cemented within your selling process are the fault of your childhood programming, poor beliefs and general hatred of being in sales.'
?
Benjamin appeared on my radar a few months back at a Peer2Peer meeting where his name was mentioned, and I thought he sounded great, but I didn't ever end up looking into him and what he did.
?
Fast forward to a few weeks ago, I ended up meeting him at an event we both attended where he was one of the headline speakers, and I can confidently say I was massively impressed with his talk.
?
Benjamin has a briliant Youtube channel and also has his own sales training course, so if sales is something that comes up in your line of work at all, I highly recommend taking a look at Benjamins work.
?
And to start, have a watch of his live cold call video on Youtube which is absolute gold!

The breakfast of champions!
?
I've been having the same breakfast for probably about 4 years now, and personally I think it's amazing!
?
It's quick and easy to make, I can take it on the go with me, and it's pretty healthy too.
?
Feel free to add or remove things or change the quantities, this is just how I like to have it.

Here's the recipe:

How I'm Helping Others
?
Last week I helped a client with productivity
?
I've definitely learnt over time that productivity is not something that is one size fits all, and is actually quite personal to an individual.
?
This is because there are so many factors that can influence your productivity. things like wether you're an early bird or a night owl.
?
There are so many great productivity tools out there, and my recommendation is to do some research, find some that resonate with you and your particular style of working, and test them out.?
?
You may find the perfect one, you may be able to draw from a few different ones, or you may even find your own way with it, but its definitely worth spending some time researching.
?
If you want to hear more about what I do and how you can work with me, then send me a message and we can have a chat!
I hope you have a fantastic week, and I'll be back in your inbox next week!
