Tips for staying well this flu season

Colds and flu are inevitable as winter approaches. Getting vaccinated is the most effective way to prevent the flu, keeping your employees and the community safe.

At Sonder, we've been supporting our Australian and New Zealand customers streamline their flu vaccination programs and sharing tips to help members stay well this winter:

1?? Eat well. To boost your immune system, eat nutritious foods rich in Vitamin C and A like citrus fruits, leafy greens, and vegetables

2?? Stay hydrated. Water intake boosts energy levels, supports immune function, and maintains skin hydration

3?? Exercise. Stay active in the cold. Get creative with walks and home workouts to reach your fitness goals

4?? Rest if you do get sick. Sometimes you can’t avoid the inevitable. Get as much rest as you can and make sure you stay warm

5?? Follow hygiene habits. Regular hand washing helps to minimise the likelihood of picking up germs from those around you who may be sick

6?? Sleep well. Ensure adequate sleep to support immune function, eliminate stress hormones and contribute to overall wellbeing
