Did you know? For over 140?years, Halbmond is creating carpets with a creative variety and excellent quality. It all began with only a small weaving company in?1880. Nowadays, Halbmond is a powerful, innovative and internationally oriented company - still with production based in Oelsnitz/Vogtland.

History The founders, Koch and te?Kock, demonstrated far-sightedness and courage when they opted to set up their business in the idyllic and prospering Vogtland region. Even at that time, they were aware of the power inherent in a clear commitment to their home region and pressing ahead with innovations for the international market. Halbmond today Halbmond manufactures a wide range of products and exports to about 40 countries. A lot has changed but the design and the quality always remained.
