Hair Scaling

Hair is a symbol of beauty for all. Symptoms like Hair Scaling, Alopecia, Baldness is very common. People usually take use lot of Shampoos, lotions, pills for the cure but we should work on the root cause of the problem for its cure. Cause :

• Inadequate nutrition
• Lack of Vit B6 and folic acid
• Stress, worry, anxiety, sudden shock
• Excessive screen time
• Poor eating habits
• Prolonged illness like typhoid, cold, influenza, anaemia,
• Unhygienic condition of hair. It weakens the hair roots by blocking the pores with collected dirt.
• Hereditory factor

Treatment :

• Hair is made up of protein and adequate intake of protein make solve this purpose.
• Lack of inositol causes loss of hair. People with hairfall should eat food such as yeast, liver and molasses which are rich in inositol
• Women should take more of Vit B1 and Iodine
• Boil dry pieces of amla in coconut oil and then use
• Half liter of lettuce and spinach juice everyday
• Mustard oil boiled in henna leaves
• Massage with coconut milk on scalp
