HAI Heli Expo 2024: the highlights of the event

The Anaheim Center, in California, became the epicenter of the helicopter industry last week, hosting a new edition of the #HAIHeliExpo. A great opportunity for the different companies that belong to the sector and took advantage of this occasion to show their latest designs and technologies.?

As we didn't want to miss it, here we bring you our highlights of the event:

Latest for hoist operators and new avionics in sight

During the 3 days of the show, we had the opportunity to see innovative solutions for hoist operators, as well as new avionics for helicopters that dominate the market, which we will surely develop in the near future at Entrol.?

We were particularly impressed by the Black Hawk and the Bell 412 EPx, which is the new version of the helicopter.

Phoenix Solutions' new model, the Ultra 2XL, also captivated us for its innovative aesthetic design.

Learn more to simulate better

We have been able to see up close technologies that we already simulate, such as the Bambi bucket firefighting system, something that brings us great value to understand even better how it works and how to apply it in flight simulation.

Moreover, in the contiguous stand, we discovered a company dedicated to manufacturing small and handy helicopter cranes, a very interesting and easy to use product that will undoubtedly have a huge impact on the industry.

A great opportunity to show what we do best

We made available to the attendees the test of our flight simulator, the Entrol H11 FTD Level 5 model, based on the EC135 with Dual GTN 750.?

During the three days of the fair, our simulator was fully booked, with 15 minutes slots. We were very happy to see that on the first day of the show we already had all the slots occupied… And even at some points there were queues to try it out! ??

The HAI Heli Expo has allowed us to not only give our existing customers the opportunity to test this simulator, but also to establish new business contacts.
