■ Hahn Group acquired Autohaus Holzer!

■ Autohaus Holzer dealership will join Hahn Automobile GmbH & Co. KG in February 2025. This integration will allow the VW Group dealer to expand its regional offerings by including an established family business.

■ "It was essential for the Holzer and Winkler families, who own the company, to place it in suitable hands that would continue to operate the business in their spirit," said Steffen Hahn, Managing Partner of the Hahn Group, on Monday, according to a statement. "We rely on the employees, who are the heart of the Holzer car dealership."

■ At the Korntal-Münchingen location, the Hahn Group will offer all services for #Volkswagen, #VW commercial vehicles, #Audi, and #Skoda. The Holzer car dealership also features its own workshop for bodywork and painting, as well as a NORA performance center. Used vehicles will be traded near the Porsche plant in Zuffenhausen.

"Under the umbrella of the Hahn Group, we will continue to operate the traditional company as a family business in its current capacity," emphasised Klaus Stockhausen, Managing Director of Hahn Automobil-Holding.

"We are very pleased that we concluded a contract with the Hahn Group. Hahn is not only a family business but also has a strong market presence in the region," stated Autohaus Holzer. "Our goal was to hand over the company and, consequently, our employees to a reliable and strong partner—and we have achieved that. We wish the Hahn Group continued success."

■ Hahn is one of the largest car dealership groups in Germany. Autohaus Holzer currently employs 49 people and six trainees. The takeover coincides with a special anniversary: In 2025, the company will celebrate its 100th anniversary. Founded in 1925 by master mechanic Heinrich Holzer, the company has been in family hands ever since.

The Hahn Group is one of the largest car dealership groups in Germany and is run by the fourth generation. With brands such as Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Skoda, #Seat, and #Cupra, the group operates 36 locations, including five #Porsche centres in the Stuttgart region. It employs around 1,750 people, including about 220 trainees. The company has established a leading position in the Stuttgart metropolitan area.
