There Had To Be a Better Way...

I was younger then. I did 5 years active duty in the Coast Guard, three of them running small boats for search and rescue out of Cape May Station in southern New Jersey.

I had already finished school to be a Registered Respiratory Therapist and had been working in the field for a few years.

I got married. We bought a house and were thinking of starting a family.

You can change the specifics but it’s the same story for most people.

I was making okay money but was working my ass off with the hours and wasn’t able to save much of anything outside of my small contribution to the hospital 403b plan.

Despite working for a salary, I had a streak of early entrepreneurship in me from my early days of painting handrails in South Philly at age 12, shoveling snow (yes, kids did that at the time) for extra money and running my paper route delivering the now defunct Philadelphia Bulletin.

I thought there had to be a better way to make and save money.

I looked at my tax return where it said total tax. I noticed a problem. It was a lot of my money that I didn’t get to spend.

And I thought then, that for every dollar I could cut that number, that would be a dollar more I had to save, invest, or start a side business.

The quest started to find a way to make that happen.

After 30+ of my working years and now in my retirement, I continue to show and teach people what I’ve learned and how to apply it in their lives.

If you want to cut and possibly eliminate the majority of your income tax, have more money to save and invest for your retirement and or to start a side business to keep you amused in retirement, respond to this email to see if I can help.
