Hackers/malware groups are now feasting on one another

Brian Krebs (KrebsonSecurity) wrote an interesting piece today about an account hijacking forum being hacked. The forum, OGusers, is visited by people involved in hijacking online accounts and running SIM swapping attacks to control victim's mobile phone numbers. The entire member database is now in the open for authorities to go after. In another piece on May 10th, ZDNet wrote about two hacker crypto-mining groups fighting it out over unsecured Linux servers. Apparently, this battle has been ongoing for a year. The reporting seems to indicate the start of a trend. If not technology, perhaps greed will eventually stem the tide of cyber attacks.
