Habit Science for improving Health

You know eating unhealthy food is the reason behind your health issues, but why still you are not able to get rid of this?


You know being more physically active can help you to be more healthy, but why are you not able to be consistent with that?


You know you feel lazy when you do overeating & binge eating, then why still you continue to harm yourself?


You know simple changes in your lifestyle can make a big difference to improve your health level, but why these simple changes becomes hard to implement? Why? Why?


I also had these thoughts, when I was struggling for more than 2 years to implement healthy lifestyle. It was crazy, when I used to loose control on self and continue binge eating for hours late night.


Why we do the things which are harmful for us?


It’s because we have not put effort to train our mind to do the things good for us.?


And someone else (advertisements, people around etc.) has trained our mind to do the things which are harmful for us.?


What helped to take back charge of my actions?


HABIT SCIENCE


There are simple & beautiful concepts of habits science, which can help us to make it easy to do the things good for us.


That is what helped me to get rid of more than 20 unhealthy habits and build more than 15 healthy habits within 1 year. From struggling to build just 2-3 habits in a year.
