Ha Tay Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company was established in 1965 under the initial name Ha Tay Pharmaceutical Enterprise.

In 2020 – Collaboration with the Japanese company ASKA, a longstanding manufacturer of hormonal drugs with four facilities in Fukushima and four facilities meeting Japanese PIC/S-GMP standards.

In the project to construct the high-tech pharmaceutical factory HATAPHAR – ASKA, ASKA has committed to supporting Ha Tay Pharmaceutical in design, training, operation, integration, and validation.

Main areas of activity

• Production and sale of pharmaceuticals, medicinal materials, cosmetics, and food supplements.
• Import and export of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, medicinal foods, and medical equipment.
• Trading in chemicals and testing chemicals.
• Vaccines, biological products, and medical devices.

Steps forward in the future

• Investment of 1,350 billion VND to build the high-tech pharmaceutical manufacturing plant – Hataphar.
• Estimated production of 2 billion new drug products, hormone-containing drugs, and over 700 million herbal medicine-based products annually.
• Creating a competitive advantage in bidding by developing drug production to EU-GMP standards.
