When we speak about Mindset, we hear lot about different types of people with mindsets: Fixed Mindset, Growth Mindset, Positive Mindset, Negative Mindset, Abundance Mindset, Scarcity Mindset, Open Mindset, Closed Mindset, Entrepreneurial Mindset and Strategic Mindset.

One needs to choose a "conscious living" lifestyle to understand his/her own mindset first of all. Like -

??Is it I am too much complaining ?

??Is it I am too much blaming on others?

??Is it that I don't accept mistakes and try to justify?

All such assessment comes with self-introspection and conscious living.

Open and adaptive mindset affects career advancement, leadership, and teamwork.

Mindset influences interpersonal relationships, communication, and conflict resolution.

  • Challenge Limiting Beliefs
  • Embrace Challenges
  • Learn from Criticism
  • Persistence
  • Most importantly, practice gratitude.
