GVA HQ – IT’S THE PLACE TO MEET

This month, we had a blast hosting the IES Toronto Section's technical luncheon, "The Future is a Symphony," at GVA HQ. Jane Slade, MID, LC, IES gave a great talk on the often-overlooked role of lighting control in different applications. It was fantastic catching up with our lighting friends!

Light brings direction, love, and hope. In May, we celebrated the International Day of Light - This occasion allows us to reaffirm GVA's essential role in our industry and society. By illuminating paths with innovation, we aim to bring communities together and inspire progress.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: Wheeling Suspension Bridge

We are proud to be part of the revitalization project for the Wheeling Suspension Bridge, a US National Historic Landmark. Once the longest suspension bridge in the world, it has connected Wheeling Island to the City of Wheeling for 175 years across the Ohio River.

This project includes a new lighting installation, where we have shipped more than 7,800 linear feet of luminaries, including HIGHLIGHTER, STR9, and LIRA! ??

Technology Showcase: COLOR-AMP

Say hello to GVA Color-AMP? technology! It is a unique algorithm that delivers up to 3X the lumen output at the same power level compared to traditional luminaires!

Since 2017, this has enabled us to have fewer luminaires to be installed while achieving superior performance and results. Ultimately reducing potential installation and maintenance costs, as well as taking a further step towards sustainability.
