We need you.
PRELIMINARY SUBMISSION DEADLINE
(200-300 words)
May 27th
We are gathering stories written by men about men’s mental health and resilience. From our market research we learned that men really want to hear stories from other men about the struggles they have faced and how they have overcome them. Based on this research, we have isolated several topics and created the a call for submissions (see below).
We will publish these stories in a book called "Guts, Grit and the Grind: MENtal Fitness MANual."
We would be thrilled if you would consider submitting an essay or sharing the call for submissions with men you know that you think may have a story to share.

7 年Sally/Sarah, etc.: I know you said 200-300 words, but I wondered if you might have an interest in a short story I wrote a while ago named: "The Sunday Morning Special." It is 2,937 words, AND there are several "politically incorrecet terms in the story. BUT, if you want to use the story, maybe others have stories or poems for you to publish and distribute as well? (You may not know that I served two tours in Vietnam as a combat photo, and struggled with exactly what Chaz battled in the story. This would be the story's first publication. Parts of it are actually funny. Advise any thoughts. Robert M. Pacholik, Member, The Authors Guild. ([email protected].)
