Gurgaon Builder Stopped From Selling Homes In 7 Projects After Building Collapse


Gurgaon: Gurgaon authorities have stopped selling apartments on seven projects by builder Chintels Paradiso a month after the housing complex's building collapsed.


The order issued by Deputy Chief Cabinet Secretary Nishant Kumar Yadaf on Monday also said that the move "applies only to transactions between the developer and the first-time purchaser, not to third-party transactions." Stated.
