The Validation Question

It takes a lot of courage and self belief to work on an original concept and create a product out of it. We are often asked 'what is the validation for your instrument'? So, are we expected to get an acclaimed body to say KEYS is a great instrument and then people will believe and buy into it?

Not really! For us, true validation lies in the individual experiencing the assessment and the report. When people who have taken the assessment say it resonates with who they are, is indeed a great self discovery process and outlines the path ahead clearly and crisply, that is true validation.

I respect Established Brands for they have become what they have due to the VALUE they have created. The endeavour of KEYS is also to add value to people - one by one, bit by bit, consistently and passionately.

The Psychometric Question

Can you hear me shout 'KEYS is not a psychometric assessment?'

It can't be as it is an Energy Assessment, and helps you go beyond your mindset and connect with your Energysets. We believe it is not the mindset that matters so much, what matters is how our energies are wired and are playing out in our lives, which somewhere shape our mindset consciously or unconsciously. In the KEYS language, we call these energies as Energysets.

Sometimes I wonder whether all these posts about KEYS are a waste of time, as KEYS can truly be understood only by experiencing it. KEYS is not just an instrument, it is an EXPERIENCE.
