When responding to an oil spill, you need to have speed, and to receive the speed needed, you must have fewer logistics. With the Rapid H2O, our clients get both, and extras as there is no other product on the market with the ability to help contain a spilled product and store them.

The Global 21 team is working diligently to have the Rapid H20 become a next-generation global spill and flood control product from Louisiana and; Made In America.?

The USA has a high possibility for the next big oil spill. But this does not mean other countries should not have Rapid H2o on their shelves as all responders know an Oil Spill can happen everywhere, at any time, and when it does, you will need speed. The Rapid H20 is a Global emergency product that helps solve the need for speed problems.

How is that you ask?

Simple, the Rapid H20 requires no sand, no heavy equipment, fewer people, and logistics. The fact is our mobilization and demobilization time cuts the costs that can not be compared. The Rapid H2o uses the enemy to protect people and property from Chaotic events such as oil spills.

Ask yourself, How easy would it be to use water vs sand? How fast can the Rapid H2o be deployed vs using sand? How does the Rapid H2o affect the bottom line of your spill cost?

I ask you, can any other containment products store a spilled product.?

The Rapid H20 can store and conatin a spill product.

When needing an emergency barrier the use and removal of water vs sand will cut costs immensely as the speed of deployment and demobilization is a no-brainer.

The Rapid H2O Is a Global no Non- Sense emergency response barrier.

Do you remember when "Biosolve" or "Petrosolve" was first being tested in the 80's (bio remediation)? The guy was Frank Brady who was "the sales & part technical guy" has shifted there from Hilti Tools. Was very successful at Hilti but had issues with some Mgrs and opted for "entirely new field". He worked hard to get up to speed on the product and how/where it could/could not (without authorization) be used. Some areas were a "No - period, never" while others were in the areas where it could be done safely/effectively. He did much footwork getting things in place. He got to be a true technical person on the topic likely only 2nd to the PHD person who developed the product/process (non super bug bio remediation, not competing with other organisms ...). Did take time and patience to do it right & well. People looked at him as a "resource" not "just another salesman" and "not a snake oil salesman". It was not a magic & perfect cure for everyone, everywhere, every circumstance....

2of2 Might seem odd but... have you spoken with you NOAA Scientific Support Coordinator for the regions you look at? There might be locations where it is not permissible due to sensitivity of 1 species or another. At an incident, I needed to do some checks on a vessel for position. Verify is or is not moving with reasonable precision. Wanted to leave a few transits around key points to triangulate. Due to the location, was not allowed. We did come to an agreement on what I could do as it was imperative to know. Easy to work with and solve but not a "just setup & carry on with other needs/duties". Working proactively made it smooth & seamless for me. Had I just said "this is the only way"... Might need a "pre-authorization" as is done for various other methods. If the regions have "GRP's", working with the respective stakeholders - can get it added in where applicable. If gear is needed to be ready for quick deployment - delays mean more impact if it is going to be allowed. Getting organized at an incident can be a "little late" for fast response. 1of2 Tucker, one thing just came to mind. In 1 region, if I pulled a bucket of sea water out of the ocean - I was not supposed to put is back. Hehehe.... Basis? Their "regulation" called for the water to meet "drinking water standards". Sea is salt water not for drinking... hehehe... People should check their regions, if such rules exist - need to address them. Remember back, not long after the Valdez.... there was a big push to clarify/standardize the "Good Samaritan" laws in many regions. Had that not been done, as 50 states are like 50 countries under 1 umbrella called "US", there would have been so many held as part responsible for the incidents. Any errors, unless gross negligence and the suits would roll in. There are some real "ambulance chasing lawyers around". Lawyer as a role has a mix of people - excellent, good, fair, not so good, bad and "unbelievable what were they ever thinking". Some strive to do the right thing while others on want to line the pocket at any cost. Stuff had to be put in place to correct the situation. More than 1 state, if not in federal waters, had regulation of "state approval to respond". I will have to look back to see ... if the one I was thinking of, is still that way.
