Guilty as charged!!!

The last newsletter I published was on August 16th 2024! I guess it is only fitting to write today’s newsletter about responsibility and accountability.

I am not saying anything new here and I am certainly not reinventing the wheel There are a few observations though that I would like to make. 1. There is no beating around the bush, the fact of the matter is that ultimately it always comes back to YOU. (in this instance it come s back to me).?

1. Your results, your experiences and the steps you are taking to move towards those achievements (whatever they are for you) are entirely your responsibility. You do not need to be accountable to anyone except yourself and that is essentially what matters.?
2. Today is what matters now. What can you do today to once again take responsibility for some of the areas of your business or life you have not been quite on par with? What have you said you would do, that you are not doing to the extent that you said you would do?? These are important questions to ask yourself and then more importantly what are the steps you are going to take to elevate your game?
3. You do not have to beat yourself up to the point that you make yourself feel unworthy. As I have said on many occasions, it's not about this snapshot in time, yet about the learning process throughout your journey.??

Sometimes, during your growth spurts, you are seemingly going to fall, yet the amazing part is that you can pick yourself up, brush off the dust and then carry on. You could do that right now with no hesitation and more importantly with no shame.

Carry on with an unwavering desire, true dedication and a knowing all is well and you are worthy!
