Guilherme’s career path is marked by versatility and continuous evolution. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Business Management and a Post-Graduation in Strategic Management of Tourism Enterprises from Universidade Lusófona, his trajectory initially seemed set in the tourism industry. However, his curiosity and diverse skill set led him to explore new areas, always with a strong focus on management, communication, and innovation.?

Over the years, he has developed valuable skills in various fields – from working as a Sales Advisor in customer retention to his IT Technical Support and Data Processing Executive roles at Abreu. He also gained experience in project management, communication strategies, and social media.?

There’s another lesser-known fact: Guilherme also stepped into the world of fine dining as a Cook Trainee at Feitoria, a Michelin-starred restaurant. There, he honed meticulous attention to detail, the ability to perform under pressure, and the importance of creativity—skills he now applies to marketing. After all, crafting a memorable campaign and preparing a high-end dish have more in common than one might think: both require technique, innovation, and a special touch.?

Today, Guilherme is not just a casual player—he’s part of the national EA FC 25 team in Clubs, competing at a high level and immersing himself in the world of eSports.?

For Guilherme, gaming is more than just entertainment—it’s a strategic playground. “Gaming teaches you how to think ahead, adapt to challenges, and engage with a community. These are the same skills I use every day in marketing,” he shares.?

At Digital Valley, he brings this gamer mindset to the forefront, using community engagement strategies, gamification techniques, and interactive storytelling to build impactful marketing campaigns.
