Guildhall’s Hugh Sims KC and Simon Passfield KC called to the Bar of the British Virgin Islands



Guildhall Chambers Hugh Sims and Simon Passfield KC have each been admitted to practise as a Barrister of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court by the Honourable Madam Justice Sonya Young at hearings on 27 June and 29 July 2024.?


Hugh’s petition for admission was presented to the Court by Charlie Goldblatt and Simon’s by André Sheckleford, of Conyers' BVI practice.?We are enormously grateful for their support, as well as for the considerable assistance of Conyer’s Delphine Bryan and Matthew Brown.
