Guiding Star Project Welcomes their new President

This past summer has been extremely busy both behind the scenes and publicly at Guiding Star Project (GSP). Our Illuminate Gala was held the end of June in central Minnesota where a couple hundred of their loyal supporters gathered to celebrate and support their work in redefining women's health care both in person and virtually, along with the hilarious Jen Fulwiler, Sr Dede Byrne, CEO/Founder of Guiding Star Project, Leah A. Known to many as "The Possibility Mom," Lisa is a recognized leader in the lifestyle, entertainment and coaching worlds. A former HGTV personality, Lisa ran a successful interior design company while raising several small children. As she continued to develop systems and routines to support her growing family, she transitioned from helping clients design their homes, to helping them design their lives. Now a mom of 9 on earth, 1 in heaven, and 1 more on the way, Lisa embodies the values of The Guiding Star Project, where women feel empowered by their ability to conceive and bring into the world new life, and where women should not feel forced to choose between their children and their education and/or career. We are confident that her leadership will usher in a new era of growth, empowerment, and transformative care for our organization. Lisa is dedicated to expanding our reach, enhancing the support we offer to women and families, and continuing to advocate for a wholistic?feminist approach to wellness, in every aspect of life. ?

We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to our outgoing President Lisa Strei for her dedicated service and exceptional leadership during her tenure as President of The Guiding Star Project. Lisa's unwavering commitment to our mission has guided us through significant milestones and challenges. We are immensely grateful for her contributions and wish her all the happiness and fulfillment as she spends more time with her family, and returns to her roots as a personal development coach. However, Lisa Strei won't be going far—she will continue to be a valued member of The Guiding Star family by contributing to our National Team in an operations, admin and finance role.
