As a business owner and consultant specializing in business process improvement and operational streamlining, I had the privilege of embarking on a transformative journey with a visionary founder from the Netherlands. During our discussions, I asked a lot of questions related to the company, how do they work with clients, what is their process like, what are the company's goals etc so I can form a picture about what they are doing and see where the real problem lies.
He candidly answered all my questions and he shared the obstacles hampering progress. Through this dialogue, it became evident that the crux of his struggles lay in the absence of a robust operational framework that could propel the business towards international success. It was a pivotal moment when he realized that his immediate need was not a project manager but a strategic partner well-versed in operational structuring.
