Guidelines to select a correct office chair for you

In such internet booming times, people working in front of desk are increasing continously, also duration on seat are getting longer than before. Eventually the healthy issued caused by the unproper seating or office setup are rising.How to make your seating comfortable while ensure your work efficiency? After collected the data of seating experiences from over 100 end users, we make several tips that might help you when choosing the correct seat for your home or office.

1. Dimension of seat, measure the size of your work station, especially the height, width, make sure your chair in seat height position can fill in the space under your desk when you finish your work. Normally the regualr desk height is around 750mm.Width of desk for single person is 120mm. If you choose a height adjustable desk(sit-stand desk), you can ignore this point.
2. Find out your comfortable seating posture while make your focused(basically it is upright position),adjust the seat height to keep your eyes can see your laptop/desktop center part in horizontal level and lock the position. Check if you have any obvious fatique after 1-2 hours seating. If no obvious fatique, then the chair design is quite ergonomic for your body, can support your spine and lower back very well. If you feel a lot of pain or fatique, then you should replace with another comfortable design chair.
3. Choose the chair with different position tilt&lock function, when you want to take a break after some workload, you can adjust the machenism to tilt, and lock in a fairy comfortable postion to get some rest, the headrest should offer you enough support on neck and shoulder.
4. The chair installation should be not too complicated, with user-friendly instructions, you can finish the assembly in 30 minutes. Too much break-down parts may make your confused when put it together by bolts, and structure will also sacrifice some stability to some extent.
