So I am your health coach, you've been educated of transformation, you have seen the community that will support you on your journey. How do you actually lose weight? It comes down to what you eat and when. Dr. Wayne Scott Anderson has put together an optimal guided nutrition plan than is guaranteed to get you to your goal when you follow the steps.
I think it is safe to say that the average person spends over $100 a week on food for themselves. To put that in perspective, if you spend $10 a day on lunch during a 5 day work week, that's half. And that is a third of your standard meals! Not everyone eats 3 meals a day of course, many purge one big meal. I like to tie this into the coaching aspect. Who has ever guided you to proper nutrition? Who is qualified to actually guide you correctly?
Is it easy to go on a healthy eating plan? Yes, but it is even easier when we know how to do it and what to eat. We have been told since before we could talk that we need to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Dr. A has created a program that allows us to eat more often with smaller fuelings throughout the day. Imagine, eating nutrient and vitamin packed foods every few hours and lose weight!
