BE LED FIRST WITHIN TO TRUST IN GOD.
LEAD SELF SECOND.
TRY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN TO LEAD OTHERS NEXT.
The journey of discovery is personal first before it becomes interpersonal as a mission or a cause in agreement with others.
Starting and committing to a personal dream depends on your belief system in yourself and in your unique power to connect with other like minds who equally believe in their own belief system themselves for their own personal dream too.
How much of your personality goes into your startup idea? How much of your interaction with others shape your belief in your startup idea? What external problem around you is evolving the creation of your unique startup ideal service and product? Who is around you influencing your ideal customer experience with their own unique idea and or problem? What is guiding your approach towards creating a unique customer and investor experience into wanting to be part of your brilliant startup success storyline? What do the terms, "long-term commitment", "freelance contract", 'Short term gig", "partnership", and "collaboration" - mean to you, and where does integrity stand in your delivery promise?
Building upon "Startup Story" - from an idea into an ideal online company has been a tough ride. Where is the right tech when you need one? It's right here - in front of you, H. I love creating ideas and I love investing money into my love for startups. I am having an aha! the moment every day when I work more intensely on keeping the ride going - moving forward towards finishing well.
Are you an entrepreneur trying to make it into the startup industry and build a mega-corporation someday? It is all about entrepreneurship, yes - nevertheless you should be well equipped to understand the need for "GUIDED LEADERSHIP" in entrepreneurship in order to transcend accordingly up the ladder of success in enterprise creation.
MENTORSHIP is not a word I use freely these days, because a lot of people misunderstand MENTORS.
A MENTOR IS A CHAMPION. Period.
They don't seek respect, they command it.
A STUDENT IS A LEARNER CAPABLE OF BEING A MENTOR SOMEDAY. Period.
Knowledge is about synchronicities and synergies of minds and experiences from one individual to another.
What we learn in gratitude will produce results for us in connecting with others in knowledge-based activities.
TEACHING IS ALL ABOUT HEROISM. Sharing what you know is powerful and transformative.
Enterprise creation is all about sharing what you know and allowing the knowledge around you to guide you into your calling.
A TRUE ENTREPRENEUR IS NOT INSECURE. They get the power of connecting the dots between dreamers and dream doers alike. They understand the technique behind creativity and innovation in the workforce as well as the power of connecting to the "GOD" source for manifesting and actualizations to make things happen effortlessly and stabilize balance in the work culture their idea is creating.
It's a win-win world we live in today and like it or not - COLLABORATION AND PARTNERSHIPS are the new workforce rules.
Think within the BOX - IT'S ABOUT "ROLE PLAYING".
A few months ago, I was having a complicated moment within my startup team and I needed to get some fresh perspective on finding a solution.
I asked myself - "What do I want to be learning in my twenties if I ever had the chance to repeat my experience as a serial entrepreneur building another startup company?" It was a tough question for me to ask myself because I didn't like the idea that maybe I was not doing it all right due to some external problems like capital. It was a scary question, nevertheless, I needed to tell myself the truth - I needed a change.
I started researching online and following thought leaders on how to teach and inspire millennials. I realized everyone was talking about the same thing - from Simon Sinek to Gary Vaynerchuk - It struck me from studying the context that when I was in my twenties - I must have felt like I knew it all too and became a bit rebellious in my "dream chasing phase" - but as I approached my thirties - I began to allow myself to be led into my "dream developing phase" - before finally arriving where I am now in my forties - following guided leadership from mentors I have come across or connected with in life to emerge into my "dream living stage" - It's all a step forward towards something greater.

DIVING DEEPER INTO YOUR DREAM ALLOWS YOU TO SEE THE LIGHT BRIGHTER. It creates the mission around your vision.
Most of the time we do not understand everything and everyone at once.
Keeping the connection you have with other people open is a sign of security in your ability to serve others just as much as you expect them to be willing to serve you too.
Guiding while leading is a leader's priority. This is why a lot of "people-focused" leaders understand the merging of what the head says and what the heart desires into becoming exemplary leaders. Leading by example is a key decision to make if leading an enterprise is a decision you'd have to make soon. This is simply because a lot of people have different assimilation and understanding styles and saying everything every step of the way might not be a great idea. It is tougher because now "you'd have to walk your talk and do your action plan", even when it is just a thought in your head. It is not every time the "elected leader" knows what they are doing - so it is important for everybody on the team to get a shot at leadership - at least once in a while. Choosing to work with people means you have to also understand their choice in also choosing to work with you. Knowing and understanding their work ethics. Integrity plays a huge role in strengthening commitment in team trust. Patience means that every time we don't get the whole story only means we need to open up more, share more, and do more to get more honest conversation and or feedback - because in all manner we are also doing it for personal development - which leads to company growth.
A REAL MENTOR'S FULFILLMENT IS SEEING THE STUDENT BECOME A MENTOR.
Guided leadership is important in personal development and guidance can come from experiences, choices, decisions, teachings, and relationships we have now and/or later. What we have been through before or where we are coming from is the foundation for identifying what's guiding our intuition and what is influencing our strategies to discover and go somewhere meaningful with our ideal startup idea.
MAKE IT A VALUABLE ATTRIBUTE TO IMPACT SELF AND OTHERS IN EVERY PROJECT.
GUIDED LEADERSHIP IS ABOUT LETTING OTHERS LEAD THEMSELVES RIGHT INTO THEIR CALLING.
Be the example, indeed. Understand everyone has a role to play and when we choose them to work with us, it means we see a lot or a bit of ourselves in them.
A leader was once a servant and or a follower.
DIFFERENCE IS A KEY FACTOR TO UNDERSTAND IN GUIDED LEADERSHIP.
Loyalty is a two-way street. Trust means a different thing to everyone until it is EARNED appropriately. Integrity and attitude make it easy to communicate even in the midst of challenging times.
You never know what the other person had to give up for you to get to the top.
LEADERSHIP IS ALL ABOUT SERVITUDE.
Guided leadership is about serving well indeed.
A GREAT LEADER IS A GREAT SERVANT.
Guided leadership is about understanding the power of our connection to people willing to serve other people in this ever-evolving ecosystem of enterprise creators.
Be mission driven.
