A Guide To Tender Management

A Guide To Tender Management

Tender Management services form the epitome of our tender writing offerings. Here at Hudson, you will find a variety of tender services, formulated to cater for a range of requirements. We offer everything from a ‘guide and review’ service to ‘by-the-day’ tender writing, and more besides (the full range of services that we offer can be found HERE). Our Tender Manager package is the most comprehensive service that we offer, which is designed to be bespoke to every client that chooses it. In short, you can expect the following from the Tender Manager service:

  • Our Managing Director, Jill Hudson, will meet with you to gain an in-depth understanding of your business, your goals and your tendering ambitions.
  • A Tender Management package will then be designed, based on your requirements. This will be broken down into a monthly cost, which will be specific to the work you wish to be undertaken. For example, if you only want 2 tenders writing per month, your package will cost less than if you want 5 tenders per month.
  • Once you are happy with the level of service you will be receiving, we will enter into a contractual agreement for a minimum of 6 months.
  • You will then receive a comprehensive service for the duration of our contract which, depending on your preferences, could include such elements as:

How could Tender Management help your business?

Our tender management services can revolutionise your approach to tendering. Our experienced team of Tender Consultants will work collaboratively with you to:

  • Define your tendering aims.
  • Create a success strategy.
  • Create strong, compelling tender responses.
  • Find ways to continuously learn and improve, resulting in tender responses that build upon successes to become stronger.

Tender Manager is ideal for businesses with ongoing tender requirements that do not currently have tender writing capacity in-house. It may be that you do not have your own tender writing staff, or you require a temporary solution to cover sick leave or maternity cover. It could also be that as a business you are new to tendering and wish to benefit from the experience of a tender consultancy. Whatever your reason for needing to outsource tendering, our Tender Manager service will benefit you in several ways:

  • You will be paying a standard monthly fee for a set of services that you have chosen, meaning that you can fully account for how much of your budget is being spent on tendering.
  • You will receive the full benefit of our experience in Procurement, spanning over 16 years, which means you can be assured that the advice we give you is backed up with knowledge of the sector from both the Supplier and Buyer side of things.
  • You can be assured that when we are working on your tender, it is receiving the full attention of an experienced Bid Writer, which an in-house resource may not be able to afford it.

Our Tender Management service is also adaptable, as we understand the fluctuations and evolutions of business. If there are no tenders that you wish to bid for during one month, we can assist with other elements of your business, such as branding or procurement research on your behalf. You can always be assured that you will receive excellent value for money and that where we see an opportunity to improve your tendering success, we will raise it.
