A guide to screening your commercial roofing vendor

3. Roof Maintenance Programs- Any serious commercial roofing company will offer solid roof maintenance programs to keep your roof under warranty and out of harm's way. Unclogging drains, trimming branches that are prone to falling, and more are all things that need to be done in order to keep a warranty valid for a client.

4. Drones, Thermal Imaging & Cameras- Thermogenic & Infrared tools allow us to detect where cool air might be leaving your facility. This can help to detect where there is an air leak into your facility.  In addition, our tools give us the ability to find where water may be sitting under your roofing material. This can help you to better understand where mold might be most likely to start occurring and much much more. The ability to detect where the air is leaking and where water may be set is a huge advantage and can help you to better know when to replace your roof. In addition info on where cold air may be leaking out of your facility the most.
