These lubrication and maintenance-free rollers serve as rotating lightning conductors, preventing uncontrolled electrostatic discharges and sparks that can cause machine damage and even fires or explosions in industrial settings. The xiros stainless steel guide rollers are a cost-effective alternative to antistatic brushes and expensive designs, available in stock sizes 608, 6000, and 6001 with stainless steel tube lengths from 100 to 1,000 millimeters.

Designed for film production and food packaging machinery, these rollers feature a stainless steel/plastic material mix. The stainless steel tube and balls provide electrostatic dissipation, while the inner and outer rings are made of antistatic high-performance plastic. The absence of lubricants allows for barrier-free electrostatic discharge, improving hygiene and reducing the risk of contamination. The components are also suitable for contact with food.
