10 个月Thanks Tia Graham for your meaningful posts, it's always great to stop by and read them. I agree with you that no survey can replace an honest 1:1 conversation about happiness or well-being, it is our responsibility to open the doors to our teams to have real conversations where we give enough trust to them, so they can express feelings/needs/suggestions freely. Is it only there where we can take actions. I would add one bullet about "ways to create a culture where true happiness thrives", and it is about encouraging teams and give them the tools/times to be able to fully express their needs. Happiness is a team goal in companies, where one part can share their particular needs and the other part can do what's necessary to give a hand on it (when possible). This will not guarantee happiness, but for sure will help out and will contribute at the end for both, company and for the employee well-being. Cheers ??
