Our first aim before a client reaches out to us is to address the concerns or questions they have about hiring an event agency.

We know that you want to know the costs and what you're paying for, however most agencies fail to disclose this information because it is a complex question to answer.

There are many factors and variables involved, but we aim to explain our pricing as best as we can because as event planners, we know that you require transparency, openness, and honesty!

We price our events with this in mind at an hourly rate pricing model that is electronically monitored and flexible. We scope each project and agree on the tasks we will perform, number of people working on a project, but also what resources you will expect us to provide (human, information, time etc), so that we can work together efficiently. This model allows you to visibly see how we fit into your business both culturally and commercially.
