Guess who's going stateside? (And why YOU need to go with facts over feelings!) ????

Remember when your mum used to say "I've got some news..." and your stomach would do that weird flippy thing?
Don’t worry—I’m not expecting triplets, but I've got some absolutely massive news that I’d love to share with you, it’s my stomach doing backflips!
I'm beyond chuffed to announce that I've just been signed with Outspoken Agency in the US! ?? They're a brilliant women-owned agency representing some of the most influential voices in leadership and social impact. They're calling me "The British Oprah" (though my accent still sounds more Sheffield than Chicago! ??).
This morning I caught myself staring at the Outspoken contract, feeling small. That old voice whispered, "Are you sure you belong here?" When big wins land feelings of imposter syndrome can rise up.
Here's what I've learned from the incredible everyday heroes who have helped re-story my life: sometimes you have to go with FACTS over FEELINGS!
That’s why it’s important to mark wins big and small and stick them in your ‘Truth About Me Jar’. It’s not about showing off (although it’s not bragging if it’s true!) but to remind yourself of the evidence and data that prove to yourself that you’re no imposter.
My ‘Truth About Me Jar’ is very low tech - just a folder on my phone with screenshots of messages from people who've been kind enough to share how my keynote compelled them to make shifts - go for promotions, leave toxic relationships, and generally be braver in life. Sometimes it's just a selfie someone took after a keynote and shared on social media with a note describing the action they took after hearing me. Each one is a small reminder that my old story about not being good enough is just that - a tired-ass limiting narrative from my past!
What’s in your ‘Truth About Me Jar’?
Having an American agent doesn’t mean I’m abandoning the UK! My all-new 2025 keynote is ready and my diary is open for bookings. It’s filling up faster than a British pub on a sunny day, so DM me to book a chat with me about your next event now.
For my US friends - contact the phenomenal humans Tori and Tara at Outspoken. Check out my speaker page on the Outspoken website.

P.S. If you hear me saying "y'all" in my next keynote, please stage an intervention! ??
