?? Guess who's back… back again! ??

Yep… I'm back from my annual sabbatical and feeling more alive than a bee buzzing around in summer!

We had a fantastic 5-weeks off… visited lots of new places, swam in a lake, followed deer through the woods, caught too much sun, spend good times with great friends and… maybe over indulged a little - it was my 50th birthday month, after all!

I'm always full of ideas and big takeaways from our annual time off. But this year there was one thought that kept coming back to me over and over again.

Taking a sabbatical every year has become a non-negotiable.

More importantly though, it recharges my entrepreneurial spirit and fuels the boundless creativity and energy that I need as a leader, to make sure I continue to plan and launch new ventures. Without my sabbatical, I wouldn't be where I am today, doing the work I'm doing - something I'm very grateful for.

Anyway… now it's back to work and there is a LOT going on.
