Guess what I've been doing for 4 years.
It is so interesting to reflect on what it means to me to produce a podcast for 4 years. It gives me a way to share my thoughts, to learn from guests, to dig deep, be curious and to interact with Mel Rutherford, my husband and cohost. It brings me joy. It isn’t something we try to monetize. We make it for you. I hope you enjoy it, too.
Love,
It's April 2024, and it's incredible to reflect on how four years have passed since the dawn of a new era, marked by the onset of a pandemic that has indelibly shaped our lives.
Like many of you, I find myself scrolling through "memories" and old photos on my phone and Facebook, marveling at the stark contrasts between then and now, and the undeniable insanity we've experienced.
In the midst of those uncertain times, we also embarked on an experiment - our very own podcast Experimental Leader podcast. Over the last 4 years, we have produced 136 episodes with almost that many guests. Today, as I sit here, surrounded by four years' worth of insightful conversations and data, I'm fascinated by the episodes that have resonated most with our listeners.??Care to guess which ones they are? Take a look and see if they match your favorites. And if there's an episode you adored that didn't make the list, don't hesitate to reach out! Your feedback means the world to us.
I'm so proud of our Leadership Essentials Program . It has helped people get promotions and new jobs, but most importantly, it has made them better leaders.
