?In addition to facilitating direct communication with a 911 operator, the speaker in the GuardianCall? device functions as a portable emergency announcement system. When a device is activated, the GuardianCall? sever automatically broadcasts an audible alert through all other GuardianCall? devices, cell phones, and emails thus greatly expediting notification to all faculty.

Biometric Monitoring
As an aid in identifying staff members in physical distress, activation of GuardianCall’s panic button also starts biometric monitoring of all staff members inside the school wearing GuardianCall? devices. If GuardianCall? detects a fallen staff member or dangerous change in vital signs, an alert message is transmitted to designated Emergency Team members for relay to authorities.
