Porta-King Supplies New Shelter At Suburban Site West of Chicago

ECI recently furnished and installed the?Porta-King?guard booth pictured above in a Western Chicago suburb. Because of the lead time needed to deliver a custom shelter, a temporary rental guard booth (as shown below) was used at the location. The permanent booth included custom paint finishes to match the company colors.

Porta-King offers a range of prefabricated guard booths designed for access control, security operations and parking management for a variety of different industries and applications. Their booths can be easily integrated into existing infrastructures including those using barrier gates and fences to control vehicular access.

Porta-King provides several standard sizes for their guard booths, including: 4’ x 6.5’ as well as 8′ x 10′. Additional sizes are available upon request. Extra-large shelters are designed to comfortably accommodate multiple personnel.

Options include ballistic-rated construction (where heightened security is required), climate control systems and various aesthetic finishes such as custom wall configurations and colors. Restrooms are another option.
