A message from God to you... Thoughts become things. Once manifested these things, or circumstances, at best are hard to get rid off. At worst, will undermine all that you've worked so hard to achieve. If you're to manifest your potential, you must guard your thoughts and be mindful of where you direct your attention. What you see is definitely what you're going to get. Whatever you keep thinking, be it good or bad, IS already manifesting itself in your life. Think of it this way, you can't un-strike a match.
I, more than most, know what it feels like to have everything go right and wrong at the exact same time. I know what it feels like to be thankful and count my blessings while feeling like a catastrophe is right around the corner. There's a clinical term for this, that term is "cognitive dissonance."
Be it nightmares about significant others screwing you over or fears that something or someone is going to block an opportunity you're hoping for. No matter what you think, or how you feel, you've got to keep your head on straight now more than ever before. Fact - a double-minded person isn't stable! Nor can a person who's double-minded achieve their potential, let alone be happy or remain successful.
Successful people have routines. To protect yourself from being sidetracked you've got to adopt a routine that keeps you focused. I suggest you start your day with prayer, saying affirmations, and doing visualizations. It is best to do this while you workout first thing in the morning. This will fortify you against whatever can come your way for the rest of the day. You are an eternal being having a terrestrial experience. That's why it is imperative that you re-connect to "Source" on a daily basis. If you don't, this world and the people in it will drive you nuts. This is your moment, only you can stop you.
Don't let that happen.
From God, to you, through me, Dr. D Ivan Young
I love you madly, most sincerely I do...
